We are an engineering office based in Heraklion – Crete that specialises in the design and construction of houses, villas, industrial buildings and tourist accommodation in Crete. The company undertakes the integrated project or a part of it, including the Architectural and the Structural Design, the proccess of the building licence and all the necessary approvals from the local authorities (technical agencies, archaeology office, forestry office, etc).

The office also offers consulting services concerning the potential properties of a land in terms of the plot and the allowable building area. In addition to that, the office offers surveying services, design of reinforcment and renovation of existing buildings, mechanical engineering servises, real estate & legislation services.
